Appointments

It is best to bring in your most recent blood work on the day of your first appointment. 

Our consultations consist of two visits.  

The Pre-Consultation is the first appointment, and it involves filling out paperwork and sharing with me the symptoms or conditions you are experiencing.  You will receive a 24-hour Urine Analysis (UA) kit at the closing.  Complete it at your earliest convenience, but it’s best to complete it within 3 weeks. 

Your next appointment is the Consultation, where we will evaluate the points of weakness or imbalance and spend time going over the results. 

We will provide you with a plan that may include suggested changes to diet, lifestyle, and nutritional supplementation.
